Here you will enter general personal information such as your name, license number(s) and email.  The most important settings that affect other aspects of the system's functionality are highlighted.

  • Calendar sync:  You can sync your Unified practice schedule with your Google Calendar.   See instructions to do this here.  Please note that your Google Calendar will not show patient names in order to remain HIPAA compliant, only appointment times.  For a secure way to view your schedule from your mobile device, we recommend that you download our EHR Agenda App available for iPhone and Android devices.
  • Scheduling preferences:  You can turn off online availability for a single practitioner here, so that some practitioners are seen on the online booking page and others are not.  If you want appointments to be scheduled with you via the clinic's online booking pagetoggle "Allow Online Scheduling" to yes.  You can also choose to auto-accept appointments booked by patients via the online booking page or choose to accept or deny appointments individually through email as they are scheduled.  If you want to automatically accept appointments, toggle "Auto-Accept Appointments" to yes. You can read more about this feature here.
  • Medical Billing:  If you provide superbills to your patients or bill insurance, you will want to input your NPI on this page.  If you do not have an NPI, you can read more about them and register here. Read more about where this information goes in Unified Practice here.  You also have the option in this section to enter your personal tax ID and individual Office Ally credentials if your clinic does not bill on your behalf, or if payments should come directly to you at another address.
  • Fullscript user:  You can use Unified Practice to prescribe thousands of products through our integration with Fullscript.  This page will determine whose account is connected to your login. Click here to read more about how to prescribe right from your SOAP notes.
