How to downgrade your subscription

If you are ready to downgrade your plan, please submit a ticket to our Subscription team.

  • If you are on a monthly plan and you want to downgrade your subscription, please be informed that the change will be effective starting with your next billing cycle. Both changes in pricing and features are going to apply starting with your next renewal.
  • If you are on an annual plan and you want to downgrade your subscription, please be informed that this is possible only after you have completed a full year. Both changes in pricing and features are going to apply starting with your next renewal. Also, the billing frequency (from annual to monthly) cannot be changed before the end of the current billing cycle.
