Web Update:

Location Filter & Location Column in Inventory Section

  • On the inventory screen, there is now a location filter, where you can choose the location from the dropdown.

Bug Fixes:

  • Ability to turn off the online booking feature in Patient Portal settings page. The bulk invite section was hidden. Now it will remain visible, patients must still be invited to complete forms and see their appointments.
  • The subject line of the welcome to Unified Practice email received after registering now includes the text “Please fill in your clinic name” instead of the actual clinic name. 
  • Responsive issues within the Patient File on smaller screens are now fixed.
  • After adding two items on Product Sale and receiving the payment, when trying to add a new item and clicking on either adjust or receive payment triggered an error and has now been fixed.
  • Pending appointments were not clearly visible in the Calendar by the corresponding icon.
  • In the create appointment window, the form for adding a new credit card was not displaying as month, year and CVV on a single row.
  • Previewing a form from the Forms tab in Patient File and then printing it triggered an error. This is now fixed.
  • Creating an appointment in Web Calendar from an iPhone, the save button was not visible in order to save it. This is now fixed.
  • Upon creating a new service in Clinic Settings, that service was not automatically selected in Web Calendar by default.
  • In Sale History report the date range was not working correctly: having a sale today and selecting today as a date no information was displayed.
  • In Sale History Report, searching a product by name would only return the corresponding codes of the products that satisfy the criteria.
  • In Sale History Report the text should have read “Sale Type” but was spelled “SALETYPE”.
  • When creating a Time-off event, if you first select all-day and then uncheck that, the default end time is equal to the start time, so directly saving would result in an error. Now end time > start time.
  • Having a form with just some services allocated to it, in Onboarding Forms upon editing it the form loses that setting and reverts to all services selection.

Patient Portal Bug Fixes:

  • Turning off the Email Reminder from My Profile actually turned off the transactional emails, which should be mandatory. It is renamed as Marketing Emails and unchecking unsubscribes the patient from Constant Contact.
  • On a very low resolution monitor, the date fields in completing the onboarding forms in Patient Portal was not working properly and the patients were having trouble completing them. This is now fixed.
  • The pending appointment email notifications were to be sent to the practitioner’s primary email address but instead went to the notification email address, if that was different. This is now fixed.
