Will Patients Get a Notification if Appointment Info was Edited?
Which appointment details will trigger a notification to the patient if the info changes?
Patients will only receive a notification informing that their appointment has been rescheduled if the date, time, service, practitioner, or location of the appointment has changed. Updating the Reason For Visit, Clinic Notes, or Room fields will not send a notification to the patient.
