Why Is There a Warning/Alert Symbol Next To My Products On The Billing Page?
What is that exclamation point in the triangle telling me?
The red alert symbol you're seeing means that the quantity that you're currently billing exceeds the quantity on hand for that item in your inventory. You may want to check to see that you have enough inventory available, or update your QoH on your inventory page to make sure everything is accurate.
We've synced the billing info screen with your inventory page so that when you add products to an invoice, the system will know they've been sold and will automatically detract the amount from you inventory quantity on hand. This way you'll be able to use your inventory page on Unified Practice to help you keep track of how much product you have on hand.
