How to Update Your iOS, Clear Browser History & Cache, and Enable Pop-Ups

What iOS Am I Using? Is It Up To Date? How Do I Update iOS?
Unified Practice is meant to be used with the most recent Apple Operating System (iOS for short). With that in mind, it's very important to make sure you are running the most recent version of iOS.
How do I check if iOS is up to date? How do I update?
- Tap the settings icon
- Select General on the left. Then, Software Update on the right.
- Follow the prompt to update if available. Otherwise, the device is up to date. The version will be listed as shown below.
Clearing browser history and cache
Sometimes when a device is updated, the browser needs to be reset so that the update can start working properly.

How to enable pop-ups in your browser:
To enable pop-ups for Safari:

Click the Safari menu

Choose Preferences
-
Select Security and un-click Block pop-up windows
To enable pop-ups for Google Chrome:

Once a pop-up is blocked a notification will be displayed in the right side of the URL bar

Click the notification icon
-
Next select Always allow pop-up from https://ehr.unifiedpractice.com

Click done
-
Refresh the page and try again
