Unified Practice’s Cancellation and Refund Policy

If I need to leave Unified Practice, what is the cancellation and refund policy?

For Monthly Users:

If you are in the middle of your billing cycle when you request to leave, this will be the last month that you will be charged for service. 

You'll need to contact us a minimum of 5 days prior to your subscription renewal date (date charged) for us to process a cancellation before your subscription renews. 

 

For Annual Users: 

We offer an annual discount for users who want to lock in to a contractual rate for a full calendar year.

  • We do not offer refunds if you decide to cancel, downgrade or remove a practitioner from your subscription before completing a full year. If you need to add practitioners or upgrade your plan, please reach out to us at support@unifiedpractice.com.
