Web Updates:

     Payments & Billing

    • New Feature: Card Nicknames -- Save and organize payment methods more easily with the new Card Nickname feature. Label saved cards to quickly identify the correct payment method.
    • Bug Fix: Waiving the cancellation fee now works as expected. Choosing to waive a cancellation fee will no longer result in the fee being charged.

     Scheduling & Calendar

    • Appointment booking notifications are now more consistent. Email and SMS notification preferences on the booking screen now automatically follow your clinic's Notification Settings.
    • Improved reliability for recurring appointments. Fixed an issue that could cause errors when working with certain recurring schedule configurations.

    Security and Reliability

    •  Continued security enhancements: Implemented additional security improvements and updated underlying platform components to help maintain a secure, reliable experience for clinics and patients.
