Web Updates:

  • Patients can now view their financial status (balance due and available credit) directly in the Patient Portal
  • Clinics can enable patients to add funds to their account via the Patient Portal (UnifiedPay customers)
  • Added ability to block specific patients from online booking and appointment management, along with customizable messaging
  • Clinics can now manually assign onboarding forms and remove incomplete forms for better patient intake management
  • Enhanced calendar functionality with:
    • New appointment status and type filters
    • Support for promotion and “other” service package allocations
    • Smarter notification handling to avoid unnecessary rescheduling alerts
  • Improved waitlist workflow:
    • Automatic prompts when cancelling appointments
    • Ability to quickly notify patients of newly available slots

  • Improved performance and responsiveness when:
    • Saving charts
    • Updating CPT codes

  • General stability enhancements for smoother charting and daily use

Bug Fixes:

Web Version
  • Fixed issue preventing new patients from booking appointments via Patient Portal
  • Resolved errors when saving appointment updates (e.g., discounts or codes) in the calendar
  • Fixed Prescription (Rx) issues across Web and iPad platforms
  • Corrected billing issue where add-on activation used incorrect billing dates 
  • Fixed occasional errors when:
    • Receiving payments
    • Opening patient chats
    • Generating reports
  • Resolved issues with:
    • Service package slot handling after cancellations
    • Notification email editing and delivery
    • Calendar performance and loading behavior
  • Addressed multiple backend and system errors to improve overall stability and security 

iPad App

  • Fixed issue where credit card payments failed due to rounding errors 
  • Restored preset suggestions in charting after creating a new line
  • Fixed Patient Portal issue where invite prompt disappeared when sending charts via chat
  • Resolved charting UI issues where:
    • Ah Shi points disappeared after zooming
    • New Point button was not visible
