Web EHR:
  • Calendar 
    • Added the ability to access the billing page directly from the Calendar
      • The appointment details pop-up now includes a button "Manage Appointment Billing".  Click the button to open the billing page in a new tab.
        • Displays main billing information.
        • Allows updates to Billing Status and Adjustment
        • Ability to send email and/or text links for payment.
        • Ability to process full or partial payments with allocation to services, products, and discounts.
        • This option is hidden for non-admin users without access to Appointment Billing Info.
    • Added an additional "Save" button on the appointment details pop-up screen.
      • "Save" - saves the appointment, the pop-up screen remains open.
      • "Save and Close" - saves the appointment and closes the pop-up.
  • Patient File
    • The billing appointment page now allows any Billing Status to be selected at any time.
  • Patient Portal
    • Updated the functionality for patients when rescheduling an appointment through the patient portal.  Previously, patients were able to change the location/service/practitioner as well as the date and time. 
    • Now the Change buttons for location/service/practitioner are hidden/disabled on the rescheduling screen. 

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue when processing a payment in Product Sale for a walk-in appointment. 
    • Previously, two payments displayed in the Payment List report, one for patient credit and a second one for the amount allocation.
    • Now, only one payment appears in the report with the payment allocated to the sale.
  • When cancelling an appointment via the Patient Portal, a message displayed instructing patients to contact the clinic to cancel and/or reschedule.  
    • The message has been removed as the appointment has already been cancelled.
  • Resolved issue when uploading a JPG logo to the Business Information page.
  • Resolved issue requiring users to click Save on the billing page when assigning a fee schedule to an assigned service.  
    • The corresponding CPT codes are now automatically added when creating the appointment.
