Web Updates:

  • Personalized Payment Link Emails: The "Send Payment Link" email template now includes the patient's name for a more personalized experience.
  • Standardized Date Formats: Updated the date format in the "Send Payment Link" email template to standard format (mm/dd/yyyy).
  • Enhanced Payment Logging: Added expanded logging for payment entries made via patient payment links
  • Calendar Performance Improvements: Optimized database queries for calendar events, availabilities, and appointment saving to deliver faster loading times and smoother performance.
  • Appointment Editing Safeguards: The "Save" button in the edit appointment screen is now disabled unless changes are made.
  • Waitlist Portal Controls: Patient Portal waitlist bookings are now properly restricted when the waitlist feature is disabled in System Admin. Additionally, clinic settings now display waitlist toggles accurately, allowing easy activation via System Admin or Add-ons.
  • Notification Email Rules: Fixed an issue where system emails could be sent even if notification settings were unset. Notification preferences are now strictly enforced.
  • Consistent Claim Statuses: After submitting claims, status indicators in the claim list will now consistently update to "Claim Submitted to OA".
  • Aging Report Details: Expanding patient details in the Aging Report now functions as expected, even if insurance name and payer ID fields are blank.
  • Receipt Printing Display: The print receipt pop-up now displays all receipt details correctly whether opened from the Calendar or the Patient File.

iPad App (Version 2.1.47):

  • Acu RX Protocol Sets: Fixed an issue where adding multiple sets of acupuncture points caused existing sets to merge or be removed. Multiple point sets now save independently and display accurately during charting.
  • Tongue Charting Display: Fixed a layout overlap between the tongue diagram and attribute options in the charting screen. All tongue attribute buttons (including previously obscured options like "Tender") are now fully visible and easy to select.
  •  Patient Onboarding Navigation: Resolved an issue that caused the app to crash when navigating through Medical Forms during patient onboarding. Users can now safely tap Previous and Next without interruption.
