Web Update:
Ability to include in chart printing for all RX details:
- Once a chart is signed, all details from the RX section will be displayed upon printing.
- For past signed charts, you must unlock and resign the chart in order for the details to be available for printing.
Bug Fixes:
- Editing the recurrence rule of a repeat time-off triggered a server error has been fixed.
- Upon charging the cancellation fee in case of a no-show, the appointment’s status was not updated to No Show. This is corrected and working now.
- There were some inconsistencies between the Patient File in the web app and the printing version. These are now displaying the same information.
- Adding an item in inventory with adjust or receive date, the date was displaying with a different time stamp. This will now show the correct date.
- The notifications on Dashboard sometimes displayed having the time one hour earlier than it should have been. This has been corrected.
- In the Inventory Report, even if the user chose No to select inactive items in the report, the selection was returned to Yes. This filter is now working correctly.
- The Product Sale page now prints correctly.
- Completing the insurance information as a new patient didn’t trigger an email notification to the Practitioner. Now by default, the notification is now sent to the assigned Practitioner to the Patient (based on first booked) appointment, if that Practitioner is still active. Otherwise the last Practitioner assigned to an appointment for that Patient is selected to receive the notification.
- Notification emails sent to patients would have different styles of displaying the Patient Name. This is now consistent.
- When exporting the Sale History Report, the columns in Excel were in a different order that displayed in the app. Now they look the same.
- After editing an existing Onboarding Form and then changing the services assigned to it, the service allocation would not be saved. A refresh was required before being able to allocate different services to the form. This will now refresh and be ready to assign services.
- In Check Insurance Benefits, if the Patient has no appointments or has appointments assigned to inactive Practitioners, the dropdown to select the Practitioner was displaying the ID instead of the name. This will now display the Practitioner's name.
Patient Portal Update:
Patient account creation changes:
- When a patient is creating a Patient Portal account, the system no longer takes archived patients accounts into consideration.
- Patients set to inactive will be prevented from creating a Patient Portal account.
New Clinics - Patient Portal:
- All new Clinics will have Patient Portal active by default.
Bug Fixes:
- Patient Portal Register Confirmation - Patient Name is no longer displaying incorrectly.
