Release Notes 10/22/2026

Automatic payment receipts are now available. Patients who submit a payment through an emailed payment link will automatically receive a receipt at the same email address.
Improved Appointment Billing Notes experience. A live character counter and limit validation have been added to help users stay within note size requirements.

Online booking preferences are now preserved during patient imports. Patients configured for online booking will no longer have that setting unintentionally disabled during the import process.
Improved Patient Portal login reliability. Fixed an issue that could cause a "404: Page Missing" error when accessing certain portal login links.
Enhanced Patient Portal performance. Optimizations to onboarding workflows help improve the responsiveness of the patient onboarding experience.

Improved patient chat accuracy. Fixed an issue where opening chat from a patient file could occasionally display the wrong patient conversation.

Ongoing security and reliability enhancements. Additional platform security improvements and infrastructure updates have been implemented to help maintain a secure, stable experience for clinics and patients.
