Web Updates:

  • UnifiedPay Only - Services with CCPE enabled will now recheck the validity of the card on file when booking additional appointments.
    • This will result in a $1 authorizationhold to validate the card on file.        
       Note: This will not be a charge to the card, but only a temporary authorization hold.
  • Admins now have the ability to edit and delete clinic notes for other practitioners.

Bug Fixes: 

  • Patient Portal: Resolved issue in Patient Portal, where the practitioner and date information disappeared from the Appoinment summer for appointments with CCPE Services.  (UnifiedPay Only)
  • Calendar: Resolved issue in the Calendar when switching from Work week to Weekly view, an error message pops up and all appointments disappeared. 
  • Resolved Issue with the "Submit a Ticket" button not working for some clinics within the EHR.
