iPhone Updates:

Search Patient:

  • You can now Search Patient from the Calendar using the Plus button.

Crop Image Tool:

  • When changing a Patient's photo, you can use a cropping tool to adjust the picture.

Email Validation:

  • The email address will be validated when entered in the Patient's information.

Card Capture for Policy Enforcement Buttons:

  • New CCPE buttons for controlling Policy Enforcement.

Appointment State:

  • An indicator was added to the appointments for Accepted, Pending, Rejected or Cancelled appointments.

App Font Size / Color Scheme:

  • The Font Size has been increased for easier viewing.
  • A new palette of colors specifically designed for Light / Dark mode.

Updates to Design:

  • The Patient Information was redesigned to quickly display important information about the Patient by using tabs (Appointments, Alerts, Notes and Balance).
  • In the Patient Information, Alerts and Notes now displays an icon with a number to easily track the number of alerts and notes.
  • Clinic Notes can be added, edited or deleted in the Patient Information screen.
  • A Patient's Balance can be checked from the Patient Information Screen.
  • The Full Patient Profile can be managed from the App.

iPad Updates:

University Charts:

  • Once a chart is submitted by an intern to review by a supervisor, no more updates are allowed to the Chart until the review is complete. With this release the University is not allowed to copy the Chart notes or duplicate after submitting to review.

Web Updates:

Charting:

  • You can now Upload and View images for all sections in Web Charting.
  • A new Charting section was added to both Web and iPad : History of Present Illness

Prescription information:

  • You can now see more detailed information about the Prescription on the Superbill.
  • Code, Category, Unit of Measure (UoM)

CCPE for Universities :

  • Universities with UnifiedPay will now have the CCPE feature active.

Update of Patient email address :

  • If the Patient has an active Patient Portal, the Clinic will no longer be able to update the email address.
  • The Patient will need to do this from the Patient Portal account > My Account.
  • If a Patient is not able to use their Patient Portal account and needs to have the Clinic change their email address, please Archive the Patient File, then Unarchive it. This will allow the Clinic to edit the email address for the Patient and to resend the Patient Portal invite to the new email address.

Patient Portal Updates:

Create account button:

  • The Patient Portal Create account button will have new wording, based on if your clinic has Online Booking active or inactive.
  • If the setting is ON then the label remains as “Create account to book an appointment”.
  • If the setting is OFF then the label will read “Create an account to access your file”.

Patients can change email address:

  • Now the Patients are able to change the email address linked to the Patient Portal account and for Notifications directly from the My Profile > My Account page.
  • Once the email address is changed, the Patient will receive a verification email to the email address.
  • The email address will show pending until the verification is complete.

Bugs Fixes:

  • Removed autocorrect feature due to issues when searching for a Patient.
  • Fixed an issue where some clinics were not able to accept or reject pending appointments.
  • Fixed an issue with overlapping text when using iPhone Safari Web Browser.
  • Fixed an issue on Calendar view, the color coding was no longer displaying in the left side filters.
  • Fixed an issue with Payment Allocation report, when exporting the report only the first 25 records were exported.
  • Fixed the new clinic registration email, there were some design issues, icons not appearing correctly.
  • Fixed Cancelled appointments without charges that were appearing under the Billing > Visits tab.
  • On iPad, in the Personal Info tab zeros were entering into the Date of Birth field.
  • On iPad, in Calendar there are no availabilities to show (white background) when Daily/Locations view is selected.
  • On iPad, now after creating a New Patient the app takes you directly to the New Patient's file.
