Android Update:

  • Under the Support button, you can now access the Knowledge Base and Submit a Ticket to our Support team.

Bug Fixes:

  • The Edit button was appearing before the appointment was accepted, this is now fixed.
  • After pressing Reject for an appointment, the view remained in the Appointment Screen, this is now fixed.
  • On the Calendar, the day, date and hour were overlapping on the Agenda view, this is now fixed.
  • The possibility to bypass the authentication process with activated Fingerprint.

iPad Update:

  • Patients with an Active Patient Portal account will now update their email through the Patient Portal. 

Bug Fixes:

  • Card Capture for Policy Enforcement (CCPE)- Adding a patient's credit card information with Sphere was not working, this is now fixed.
  • When copying Chart notes the HPI Subjective section was not copying, this is now fixed.
  • The cancellation fee amount was not shown after the comma, this is now fixed.
  • There was an issue within the Intake Home screen where you were not able to scroll down and access the last section or CPT Fee Schedule, this is now fixed.
  • An issue when trying to print the Herbs Rx labels or details, this is now fixed.
  • When searching for a patient by name inside the Patient List screen this returned no results, this is now fixed.

iPhone Update:


Bug Fixes:

  • When searching a patient the app would crash when the search text was quickly changed, this is now fixed.
  • The dropdowns were disabled when trying to edit the Appointment Details after adding a new patient from the Add New Patient shortcut button inside the Appointment screen, this is now fixed.
  • The edit Recurring time-off pop-up was not appearing after changing one of the events in the series from hourly to all-day, this is now fixed.
  • The app would crash when a Practitioner did not have a Primary location selected or if there were no Rooms created at the location, this is now fixed.

Universities:

  • An intern without Clinic Calendar permission was still able to create an appointment in two places, one by using a long press inside any calendar view or from the Create Appointment shortcut button inside the Patient Profile screen, after searching for a patient. This is now fixed.
  • An intern without Billing permissions was still able to view any Patient’s Balances by going to the Balance tab inside the Patient Profile or Appointment screens. Now, an “Access Restricted” message is displayed instead of each balance amount.

Web Update:

  • Patient Portal - Read & Sign Forms will capture a signature for each form. Each signature is recorded and attached to the corresponding Read & Sign Forms when printed. 
  • For clinics using UnifiedPay : Merchant Track can now be found under the Billing menu as the first item and will open in a new tab.

Bug Fixes:

  • When using specific older versions of Safari on Apple products, Patient Portal was not correctly displaying appointment times according to the local time zone, this is now fixed.
  • For Clinics using UnifiedPay: Merchant Track was not available for some users even if they had Merchant Track enabled in their permissions, this is now fixed.
  • In Inventory on a product details page, when switching the location the Receive button did not work, this is now fixed.
  • When exporting the Clinic Activity Aggregate report, the months were not in chronological order, this is now fixed.
