Web EHR:
- Payments - CCPE - Added a feature to enable/disable the $1 pre-authorization charge when using a card on file to book an appointment associated with a cancellation fee.
- This can be enabled and/or disabled on the Clinic Settings > Billing Information > CCPE > Card Validity Check.
- Off - the system will not pre-authorize the selected card on file.
- On - the system will pre-authorize the selected card on file, by processing a $1 authorization charge. This feature is enabled by default.
- This can be enabled and/or disabled on the Clinic Settings > Billing Information > CCPE > Card Validity Check.
- Patient Portal - in the upcoming appointments list, if an appointment is no longer available to be rescheduled or cancelled online based on the configured settings. A notification appears to inform the patient to contact the clinic for additional assistance.
