iPhone Updates:

Availabilities based on practitioner schedule:

  • This will make it easier to determine what hours are available to book new appointments.
  • A long tap on the desired hour will open a new appointment screen with the hour preselected.
  • Grayed-out areas represent when the partitioner is not available.

Accept or Reject Appointments:

  • You will now be able to accept or reject appointments from the iPhone app. (For Clinics not auto-accepting appointments)

Clinic notes:

  • You will now be able to create, edit and delete clinic notes right from the iPhone app.

Alerts:

  • The practitioner will now receive detailed alerts about the patient they will be seeing for the selected date.
  • You will see how many alerts are present for a selected appointment with the number of alerts displayed next to the "Alerts" option.
  • You will now be able to easily send Patient Portal invites, download balance statements or send reminders for completing onboarding forms.

Add New Patient:

  • You can now register a new patient from the iPhone app.
  • Opt-in patients for notifications.
  • Enter more information on the patient.
  • Manage the patient status. (New or Existing)

Dark mode theme:

  • Improved dark mode design.

iPad Updates:

New Patient:

  • New patient appointments are now displayed with an asterisk* across the all calendar view. The first appointment keeps the asterisk active so you can look back and identify the first appointment.
  • You can now add a New Patient in the same format as New Calendar on Patient List.

SOAP Notes:

When moving from chart to chart within the SOAP note (left/right arrows top of the SOAP note) it is now in chronological order.

Bug Fixes:

  • Now the Practitioner will automatically be selected when booking time off.
  • Booked time-off will now show on the daily view.

Web Updates:

New Patient:

Sales History Report:

  • Now you can filter the Product Sales history based on how the sale was done. (During an Appointment, Purchase (to an existing customer) or Walk-in.)

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed the Day Sheet Range report, in some circumstances the report was incomplete.
  • In product sale, if a discount % is set then the amount was not displayed in the totals below the report.
  • When printing a receipt from Product Sale it was not printing correctly.
  • The cancellation SMS notification sent to Practitioner had the appointment time appearing twice.
  • Due to a time zone issue, the date when an inventory item was received was recorded wrong.

Patient Portal Bug Fixes:

  • A patient was able to book appointments in Patient Portal even if Online Booking was turned off from the Patient Portal settings page. Now, the option to book appointments will be hidden when Online Booking is turned off.
  • On some mobile devices the content in different pages appeared to be mixed up, one over the other.
