Processing and Fees

Processing/Transaction-Related Fees (Billed Daily)

UnifiedPay uses daily net billing, meaning processing fees are deducted from deposits before funds are deposited into your bank account.

Card-Present Transactions (Swipe, Chip, Tap, Apple Pay, or Google Pay Payments)

  • 2.70% + $0.05 per transaction

Card-Not-Present Transactions (Manually Entered or Card-on-File Payments)

  • 2.90% + $0.30 per transaction

Monthly Fees

The following fees are billed monthly and appear as a separate line item on your statement:

PCI Management Fee - Supports PCI compliance and secure payment processing requirements.
  • $9.95/month

Conditional Fees

These fees are applied only when applicable:

PCI Non-Compliance Fee - $69.95/month

  • Applied if the annual PCI compliance requirements, including the required Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), are not completed and passed.

Inactivity Fee - $49.95/month

  • Applied if your account does not process at least $50 in a single transaction within a 180-day period.

Chargeback Fee - $25 per chargeback

  • Applied when a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, regardless of the outcome.

ACH Return Fee - $25 per occurrence

  • Applied if Fullsteam is unable to withdraw funds from the bank account on file due to insufficient funds or a returned ACH transaction.


Optional Monthly Fees

Accelerated Funding - $20/month

Provides faster funding than standard funding timelines.

Monthly Billing Service - 0.05% of total monthly processing volume

Allows processing fees to be billed monthly instead of being deducted from daily deposits.
