Processing/Transaction-Related Fees (Billed Daily)
UnifiedPay processes fees daily using net billing, meaning your transaction fees are deducted from deposits before they are funded to your bank account.
- Card-Present Transactions (Swipe, Chip, Tap): 2.70% + $0.05 per transaction
- Card-Not-Present Transactions (Key-Entered, Card on File): 2.90% + $0.30 per transaction
Monthly Fees
The following fees are billed monthly and appear as a separate line item on your statement:
- Card Brand/Network Fees:
- Typically range from 0.20%–0.30% of your monthly processing volume (e.g., $0.20–$0.30 per $100 processed).
- PCI Management Fee: $9.95/month
Helps maintain compliance with payment industry standards and ensures secure processing for you and your patients.
Conditional Fees
These fees are applied only when applicable:
- PCI Non-Compliance Fee: $39.95/month if the SAQ is not completed.
- Inactivity Fee: $49.95/month if your account has not processed more than $50 in a single day at least once within the past 180 days.
- Chargeback Fee: $25 per chargeback, regardless of dispute outcome.
- ACH Return Fee: $25 if Fullsteam is unable to deduct funds (e.g., insufficient funds).
Optional Monthly Fees
Funding-Related Fees
UnifiedPay offers optional services for more flexibility:
- Accelerated Funding: $20/month
Deposits fund within 24–48 business hours instead of the standard 48–72 business hours. - Monthly Billing Service: 0.05% of your total monthly processing volume
Allows transaction fees to be deducted monthly instead of daily.
