Printing a HCFA Form

Within the Billing info page for a date of service (Patient File > Appointment > Billing info), you will see a box to the left of the bottom of the page that says "Print on standard claim form". If you check this box, then the "view claim" button, it will show the information without the form itself.

Each printer is different and will require different settings for printing on the pre-printed forms. You can find information about printing specifications for the form in part 26 of the Medicare Claims Processing Manual.
