How UnifiedPay Works

Unified Practice users are able to seamlessly accept card-present and card-not-present payments. This means you can securely and easily collect payment information at the time of booking to charge for appointments or charge fees related to your late cancellation or no-show policies. 

UnifiedPay offers an improved experience for patients and a streamlined solution for clinics. Our payment processing and transaction management system is fully integrated into Unified Practice.

UnifiedPay offers flat rate pricing, integrated reporting, and in-house support from the Unified Practice team for one-stop customer service. Our team is here to answer any questions you have about UnifiedPay.


What are the rates for UnifiedPay?

UnifiedPay has a flat transaction fee of 2.95% + $0.30 for both cards present and not present. 

 


Can UnifiedPay work on the iPad?

We know how important it is to for you to have a card reader to accept card payment on the iPad and we are working to get that feature out as soon as possible. We will keep you updated as this feature progresses, but in the meantime, you can use your iPad through the browser.

How Do I Sign Up for UnifiedPay?


To start the process, please navigate to Clinic Settings > Billing Information. Under the Card Capture for Policy Enforcement section, click the Activate button.
