How to use Constant Contact Filters
The Constant Contact integration allows you to sync your patients from Unified Practice to Constant Contact in a HIPAA compliant way.
You can sync over all, or some of your patients by correctly using the filters.
SYNC OVER ALL OF YOUR PATIENTS

- Select All under Patient Type.
- Choose the Date Range under Patient Visit Date Range. We recommend selecting the Custom option. Then select a date from when you started using Unified Practice, to the Present.
- Choose the No Visits option under Patient Visit Date Range. This will show you patients who are in your system, but have not had any scheduled appointments.
CREATE A UNIQUE LIST USING THE FILTER OPTIONS

In addition to syncing over all of your patients at once, you can also use the filters to find a unique list of patients. If a patient does not appear once you've selected a filter, then clicked Apply, this indicates the patient does not fall under that category.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Question: If I re-sync the same patient to a list, will it show as a duplicate in Constant Contact?
No, the system will recognize the duplicate and will not sync over that patient to the list.
Question: Can I create a custom filter?
No, you can only use the filters that are currently available.
