How to Accept or Decline Appointments from the EHR Agenda App

This article will show you how to accept or decline your pending appointments


With the EHR Agenda app, now you can accept or decline an appointment while on the go!


Unified Practice has always allowed practitioners to approve each appointment, as opposed to automatically accepting each appointment. This function is now available on the EHR Agenda app. 

Important Note


This feature is not yet available on Android due to circumstances beyond our control.




How to use this feature:

  • Go to the Calendar on the EHR Agenda App, and click on the appointment.
  • Scroll down, and select Accept or Reject for this appointment.

Accept Reject appointment

If your patient confirmation email is turned on in Clinic Settings > Scheduling Settings > Setting D, your patients will receive a notification confirming the appointment.

If you decline the appointment, the patient will receive a decline notification (Setting E in Scheduling Settings).
