We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that Unified Practice may not be the right fit for every clinic.

  • If you would like to cancel your subscription, please reach out to our team by giving us a call at (866) 525-5650, responding to any of the in-app messages we send you, or emailing us at support@unifiedpractice.com
  • Cancellation will take place at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • If you need your account data export, please reach out to support or submit a ticket.
