To ensure your patients know how to use the portal and feel comfortable with the new process, we crafted some messaging that you can share with them. Feel free to modify the language to fit your needs!

We are so excited to share our new patient portal with you. Now, booking and managing your appointments with us will be easier than ever. Once you create a patient portal account you will simply log in to book, view, edit and manage your appointments. All of your information will be in one place so no need to worry about searching through emails to complete any outstanding forms or verify appointment details. Update your personal information, save your credit card information and more all within your account.

How do I create my patient portal account?

There are 3 ways to create your patient portal account

Through the email you receive from our clinic. Click the “register” button, fill out the necessary information, and create your account. You will receive an email confirming that your account has been created and prompting you to set up your password. 
On our online booking page. If you book an appointment through our online booking page, you will be prompted to log in to your patient portal account or create an account if you do not have one. 


If we create an appointment for you on our end, your confirmation email will prompt you to “complete forms/manage appointment” After clicking this button, you will be redirected to create your patient portal account (same as step 1).
