Getting Started with Handcraft Health:

• In the SOAP note, scroll down to the Plan - HerbsRx section.
• Click Prescribe and then select Handcraft Health.

• The first time Handcraft Health is opened, please read the terms and conditions then click Agree and Continue.

Create an order:

• The Patient's profile will be populated to Handcraft Health. 
• To create a new eRx, click Add new eRx.

• Next, you can choose from Readymade Products or create your own custom Rx using Granules, Raw Medicinals and Tinctures.
  • If previously saved, you can use a protocol.

• Enter the eRx title.
• Click  Add New Item to search for products to add to the eRx.

• After selecting the products, enter the quantity needed.
  
  • A eRx must be at least 50g.
  • When 2 or more products are added, Handcraft Health will calculate the percentage.
• When the eRx is ready, click Continue.

• Next, choose add-ons such as grind to powder. 
  • Add-on options will vary based on products used.
• Check the check box marked Add to include the add-on.
  • Click Continue to save the add-on details.
  • If no add-ons are selected, Click Skip.

• Enter the Patient's dosage and instructions.
  • Select dose, frequency, duration and time of day.
• To use these instructions again, click Save Template.

• If saving as a template, name the Patient Instructions template and then click Save.

• If needed, create a note or instructions for the Pharmacy.
  • Click Save Template and enter a title to reuse notes or instructions later.
• To review the eRx, click View Summary or click Continue to finish the eRx.

Shipping and Payment:

• Now the eRx is complete. 
  • Review the eRx by clicking View Details or make changes by clicking Edit eRx.
  • To continue to shipping and payment, click Checkout in the bottom right hand corner.

• In the Checkout screen, select Who's paying for the order and How would you like to get the order.
  
  • Who's paying for the order?
    • Practitioner Pays -   no mark up included. 
    • Patient Pays - includes a mark up.
  • How would you like to get the order?
    • Ship to Patient
    • Ship to Practitioner
    • Pick up
• Click Continue to Shipping to move on.

• Choose the shipping details by selecting the shipping method.
  • Cost will vary based on location, distance and carrier.
• After shipping is selected, click Continue to Payment.

Review and Complete Order:

• Review the order summary on the left hand side of the screen. 
  • If you have a coupon code, enter it in the Coupon Code section on the left side, then click Apply.
• When the order is ready, click Send Order to complete the order.

• The Order Confirmation displays the order details, order summary and order number.
