Our payment processor requires a quick financial underwriting review to ensure your clinic meets compliance and security standards for processing payments. Don’t worry - most applications are approved within 24–48 business hours when all details are complete and accurate.
Here’s what to expect:
- Application Review: Once you submit your application, our underwriting team will carefully review it. If everything is complete, most applications are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Additional Documentation: Occasionally, we may request extra documents to verify your information, such as a driver’s license or utility bill. If this happens, we’ll send clear instructions to make the process quick and easy.
- Approval and Setup: After approval, we’ll guide you through setting up UnifiedPay with:
- A Personalized Onboarding Call to walk you through all the features.
- Access to our Knowledge Base, full of helpful guides and videos.
- A Quick Start Guide to ensure everything runs smoothly from day one.
We will be with you every step of the way—from the application process to onboarding and ongoing support—to make sure everything works seamlessly. That way, you can focus on providing excellent care to your patients.
