How do I Use the Draw Template Feature?

Draw Tool Video Tutorial
In Unified Practice, you can upload custom templates to the Draw Feature to use in your charting workflow.
Within the Draw Feature, you can upload custom templates which you can use to chart visually across all your patients!
Some popular template ideas are:
- Hara Diagnosis Map
- Scalp Acupuncture Maps
- Blank Body Map
- Facial Diagnosis Map
- Tongue Map
- Pulse Shape Map
- Menstrual Cycle Tracker
Draw Tool Step by Step Workflow
1. Use your iPad to do an image search online for images you want to use as Templates
2. Save the images to your iPad
3. Navigate to the SOAP note
4. Tap the Draw Template icon
5. Tap Add Template
6. Tap one of the three options (Take Photo, Select from Library, Browse)
7. Select photo and name image
How to use the Draw Template feature
1. Select the Draw Template you would like to use
2. Tap the Green Dot with Horizontal Lines to select the width
3. Tap the solid Red Dot to select the color
How to Save Your Drawing
1. Tap Save in Section
2. Select the section of the SOAP note you want the Draw Template to be saved under
How to Remove a Template:
1. Click on the Draw Feature Icon
2. In the My Image Templates section tap Edit
3. Tap the red minus (-) sign to remove template
