Below are the three ways you can reach us Monday through Friday from 9AM EST until 8PM EST:

  2. Call us at 866-525-5650
  3. Select the Support button in the bottom left hand corner when logged into your account on either the iPad or web platform.
    1. Next, click Submit a TicketSelect the platform and category your question pertains to. 
    2. Then add the ticket subject and a detailed description, using the Patient ID number rather than Patient names. This way we can all remain HIPAA compliant.
    3. Click the Submit button when completed and our Support team will reach out as soon as possible! 
  4. On the iPhone, select Help & Feedback from the menu. Then select Send Feedback, this will begin an email to our Support team. Please include a detailed description and send by clicking the Blue arrow icon in the top right hand corner.
