Billing Information

The Billing section is where you can enter your Group level NPI number and Tax ID information.

If you will be processing insurance claims, you can also choose to add your alternate billing address, so that insurance companies will mail claim related information to that address. You can also add your Office Ally SFTP login.

Please Note:

To receive the SFTP login, you will need to contact Office Ally.

FAQ: I have a group/business NPI, and an individual NPI. Where can I add my individual NPI number?

Answer:
You can enter your individual NPI by going to Account > My Account.

Fee Schedule

  • The Fee Schedule section is where you'll set up how you want to charge your patients within Unified Practice. You can add your CPT codes here, in addition to your own custom codes if necessary.

  • Although tax rates are uncommon in most states, you can add a tax rate if applicable, as well as a modifier (if applicable) for each service.
