Customize Your Email Notifications

Learn how to customize email notifications


  • In order to customize the text in email notifications (which are sent as confirmations for different scheduling related actions), go to Clinic Settings > Notification Settings.
  • Each email notification has a tab for you to indicate whether you want to use that notification. If that tab is set to Yes, two buttons will appear underneath it that let you choose if you want to customize that notification.
  • If you press the Customize button, a pop-up will appear in which you can edit the content of the email. You will be able to use some keywords which will be replaced when an actual email will be sent. To view available keywords for each email and their explanation you can press the Show/hide button at the top of the pop-up.
  • You can also preview the email (with some mock keyword replacements) by pressing the Preview button.

  • After finishing customizing all the available emails, don't forget to press Submit at the bottom of the page. The customized text will save regardless if you pressed Submit at the end, but all the other settings on this page require Submit to be clicked.
