Can I make Medical Questionnaire Questions Mandatory?

Here's how to make questions on your Medical Questionnaires mandatory for your patients to fill out. 

With Unified Practice, you can now make questions for your Medical Questionnaires mandatory! Please see the following instructions:

STEP 1

Go to Clinic Settings > Onboarding Forms

STEP 2

Choose a form under Your Medical Questionnaires, and click Edit

Now you're all set! Patients will not be able to complete your Medical Questionnaire, without answering the required question(s).
