How to change an appointment status once an appointment has been booked on the Calendar.
Once an appointment has been made and placed on the Calendar, the status will automatically display as "Accepted". If a patient does not show up for this appointment, follow these steps to update the appointment status to "No Show".

- Click the Pen icon in the top right hand corner. This will bring your into the Appointment Details Window.
- Within the Appointment Details window, click the dropdown under "Appointment Status". A list of status will appear. Choose the "No Show" option and then save the appointment. Be sure to save the updated appointment.
- Once updated, the appointment status will appear within the Patient File > Appointments tab.
- Click "Show Cancelled & noshow" check box to the right of the mini Calendar. The Calendar will display the No Show appointment with a line through it.
