Room Hours: How do they work?

Here's how to make specific room hours within your Clinic Business Hours.

Before setting your room hours in the Clinic Business Hours section, there are a few rules to keep in mind:

 

  • The Room hours section is for adding, or adjusting availability.
  • Your room hours must fall within your Clinic Business Hours (All Rooms) in order for the room to be available.

    For example: If your room hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, and your business hours are from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, the room will not be available.
  • When the Room hours are "blank," this means that the room hours are defaulted to your normal business hours. Therefore, unless you're trying to add custom room hours, it is not necessary to match your business hours with your room hours.

Setting Your Room Hours

You can set your room hours by selecting a room, and adding availability that falls within your business hours. Let us say for example, the clinic is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. But we only want Room 2 to be available from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

 

 

Based on the room hours demonstrated in the video, services scheduled in that room will only be available from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm in that room.
